Earned Income Tax Credit ( EITC )
The federal Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Community Services (OCS) recently awarded the New York State Community Action Association (NYSCAA) with a three-year grant aimed at increasing the number of individuals receiving the Earned Income Tax Credit, as well as connecting individuals to financial education that leads to asset formation.
