Community Action Agencies change people's lives, embody the spirit of hope, improve communities, and make America a better place to live. We care about the entire community and are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other as they move from poverty to self-sufficiency. As the New York State Community Action Association, NYSCAA’s mission is to provide services and advocacy that strengthen the ability of its members to improve the quality-of-life for low-income people throughout New York State.
